Our 2022 season has not yet officially begun. However, work is going on behind the scenes to ensure we are ready for some happy lake time after a long winter. Our community dock will undergo some repairs and a bit of a face lift. Meanwhile parking areas for boats and toys will be upgraded to ensure we retain easy access and an organized appearance as onsite activities increase.

The pending site improvements were not the only source of off-season activity. Prospective buyers have been searching us out and owners of a cabin, who planned to list this spring, have successfully completed a transaction without any external marketing. It is always exciting when new owners join our small development and we welcome the new energy and ideas.
